Medicine Retreats for Women
Aligned with the rhythms of nature, this retreat honours this time of gathering in the harvest of the season even as we prepare for the descent into the darker half of the year.
Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that marks both the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter, reminds us of the cyclical dance between life and death. This sacred threshold invites deeper connection with the spirit world, with our ancestors, and with the eternal cycles of renewal.
During this retreat, we will journey into ancestral exploration and the mysteries of death and rebirth. As the veils between worlds grow thin, we invite you to reflect upon your lineage and any places where healing, transformation, or release may be needed, and to honour what within your own life is ready to be let go, composted, or reborn.
As we move toward winter, we gather in the safe, nourishing container of sisterhood to deepen our connection with ourselves, with one another, and with the living earth that holds us.

In the embrace of Maui’s natural beauty, we honor the Makahiki season, a time of peace, celebration, tending to the land and our family to renew ourselves for the coming year. Simultaneously, we are marking the Celtic festival of Imbolc, dedicated to Brigid, the goddess of fire, healing, and renewal, and deeply connected to purification and setting intentions for the coming season. Together, the energies sourced from these traditions can guide and support us on a journey of deep healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
Are you curious? Seeking to explore yourself more deeply? Are you longing for deeper embodiment or hungry for some full-bodied expression through movement, creative arts and voice? Is there healing, grieving or simply slowing down to rest that you need? Are you longing to access more of your personal power?
Embodied self-exploration and self-care practices are embedded throughout to support your transformational process. Ritual and ceremony are the sacred catalysts. Nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a stunning waterfall, the island cradles us as we deepen our connection to ourselves, to Spirit, to the land, and to one another.
Our theme for this retreat is the sacred and wild feminine, celebrating Spring’s renewing energy through the celebration of Beltane, the holy day that lands halfway between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.
The word Beltane means “bright fire” and so we come together to stoke the inner flame of our being through pleasure, sensuality, and creativity. Beltane also signifies the height of Spring, and so we celebrate and honour our own emergence, personal power, and renewal.
With the intention of deepening our roots and spreading our limbs to the light, we gather for self-care, ritual and ceremony. We come together in the safe container of sisterhood, deepening our connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world that holds us.
