As the earth turns toward winter and the harvest season draws to a close, we arrive at one of the year’s most potent thresholds. Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that marks the transition into the dark half of the year, invites us into remembrance, gratitude, and renewal. It is a time to gather the harvest… not only from the fields, but from our lives. We pause to honour what has come to fruition, acknowledge the challenges that have shaped us, and offer thanks for all that has nourished our becoming.

As the veil between worlds grows thin, we are invited into deeper relationship with our ancestors, the unseen realms, and the great cycles of life, death, and rebirth that weave through all living things. This sacred threshold offers an opportunity to listen for the wisdom carried through our lineage, to reconnect with forgotten gifts, and to tend places within ourselves that long for healing and integration.

Rooted in the wisdom of nature’s rhythms, this retreat honours both the abundance of the harvest season and the descent that follows. Just as the earth releases its leaves and returns nutrients to the soil, we are invited to trust the transformative power of endings, rest, and renewal. Together, we will explore the fertile terrain of ancestry, shadow, grief, gratitude, and becoming, and how these can be a rich and regenerative ground from which new life emerges.

Held within a nourishing circle of women, this weekend invites a deep remembering of our belonging… to ourselves, to one another, to our ancestors, and to the living earth that sustains us.

What to Expect

Nestled among towering cedar and fir trees along the banks of the beautiful Koksilah River, Riversong provides a peaceful sanctuary for inner exploration, healing, and renewal.

Our weekend together will unfold through a blend of ceremony, movement, creativity, reflection, and community. We will gather in circle, engage in expressive arts and embodied practices, journey through ritual and medicine work, share nourishing meals, and spend time immersed in the wisdom and beauty of the natural world.

Periods of silence, rest, and contemplation will be woven throughout, offering space to listen deeply to what is emerging within.

Embodied self-care practices are integrated throughout the retreat to support a grounded and compassionate process of transformation. Supported by community, ritual, and nature, we create a container where healing can unfold organically and authentically.

This retreat is open to a small group of women who are committed to inner exploration. We'd be honoured to hold space for your deepening...
