Therapy can support you with a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also specialize in somatic therapy, which helps you connect with your body to release stored stress and restore balance. I also specialize and have extensive training in working with trauma - both shock trauma and developmental trauma.

Somatic therapy is a holistic approach to healing that combines traditional talk therapy with body-based practices. This may include breathwork, grounding exercises, movement, or mindfulness. By working with both mind and body, somatic therapy can help reduce symptoms of trauma, increase resilience, and improve overall well-being.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about exploring your patterns in a safe, supportive space, therapy may be right for you. Many people seek counselling not only during times of crisis, but also to foster personal growth, strengthen relationships, and cultivate deeper self-understanding.

The length of therapy depends on your goals. Some people benefit from short-term counselling (6–12 sessions), while others find deeper healing through ongoing work. We’ll discuss your goals in our first session and create a plan that works for you.
