In the embrace of Maui’s natural beauty, we honor the Makahiki season, a time of peace, celebration, tending to the land and our family to renew ourselves for the coming year. Simultaneously, we are marking the Celtic festival of Imbolc, dedicated to Brigid, the goddess of fire, healing, and renewal, and deeply connected to purification and setting intentions for the coming season. Together, the energies sourced from these traditions can guide and support us on a journey of deep healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
February is also whale season! The humpbacks will be gathering around the islands at this time, mating, birthing their calves, and connecting us to the deep wisdom of the ocean and our own saltwater origins.
Embodied self-exploration and self-care practices are embedded throughout to support your transformational process. Ritual and ceremony are the sacred catalysts. Nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a stunning waterfall, the island cradles us as we deepen our connection to ourselves, to Spirit, to the land, and to one another. It is an auspicious time to gather and do ceremony of the sacred 'āina of the Hawaiian Islands.
Our time together will begin with circle sharing, intention setting, and simple movement practices. Throughout the days that follow, we will gather for expressive arts processes, dance, medicine rituals and various integration practices. We will also be exploring periods of group silence and meditation with ample spaciousness for sauna, hot tubs, hikes to the waterfall and other self-care practices.
We will be offering an online group preparation session to meet one another and begin to form our collective container. There will be another online session after our ceremony, to continue the integration process.

We offer an online group Orientation Call to support with travel logistics and a Preparation Call to gather the group and begin to form our collective container. There will be another online Integration Call after our ceremony to continue the integration process.
These meetings are essential to building and maintaining our collective container. Please consider these calls as part of the retreat and clear your schedule to attend.

Retreat cost covers comfortable accommodation (shared bedrooms and bathrooms) for four nights as well as three organic and locally-sourced meals per day, catered to support your inner work:

This retreat is open to a small group of women who are committed to inner exploration. We'd be honoured to hold space for your deepening.
Facilitators
Cedar Mathias, RRC, SEP is a ceremonialist, group facilitator, dancer, and mother, and is committed to holding a gentle, accepting, compassionate, and trauma-informed space that invites people to connect with their inner guide and healer. She brings somatic awareness and co-regulation, safe touch, and a calm and curious presence to all of her therapeutic work. She also brings the knowledge gained through over 3 decades of medicine experience, many years of mentorship in ceremonial spaces, and professional training as a Psychedelic Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Clinical Counsellor.
Heidi Erhardt, BA, Dharma Leadership has been a workshop leader, educator, dancer, and meditator for twenty-five years. She brings a sensitive trauma-informed approach to all of her work and is devoted to creating a safe container that generates trust, depth of presence, and transpersonal growth for individuals and groups. Certified in SoulCollage®, Heidi works with the collective unconscious and archetypal intelligence. She has thirty-five years of plant medicine and ceremonial experience in various countries and has been trained as a Reiki Master, Herbalist, Aroma Therapist as well as in Psychedelic Therapy.
